Thank you for your timely post about letting go. I am traveling full-time and maintaining three different journals - 2 paper and 1 digital. It was feeling redundant and your post inspired me to ask what I was journaling, why and what I could do differently. Now I have a more efficient and clear daily routine…thanks to you! I also anticipate this will flow over into other areas of my life, too.
